Bonjour!
I am Katia Farage (she/her)—a multicultural UX researcher, visual designer, strategist specializing in qualitative research for intimate, underserved, and emotionally complex domains.
My work focuses on sexual wellness, sex tech, healthcare, and education—spaces where stigma, vulnerability, and cultural nuance deeply shape the user experience.
With over a decade of experience supporting organizations including Amazon, Microsoft, and Seattle Children’s Hospital, I help teams uncover meaningful human insight and translate it into more inclusive, emotionally intelligent products and experiences.
My approach is trauma-aware, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based research. I believe the most impactful design decisions happen when real people—not assumptions—remain at the center of the process.
